Lis Wiehl (born on 19th August 1959) is an American author, and an ex-legal analyst at Fox News.
She was an adjunct professor in Law in New York Law School and was previously Associate Professor at University of Washington Law School. She's been a legal analyst for National Public Radio's program and The Radio Factor hosted by Bill O'Reilly. She's been on The O'Reilly Factor and Your World with Neil Cavuto. The Kelly File is a show with Megyn Kelly and Lou Dobbs and the Imus Morning Shows.
Wiehl is a native of Yakima, Washington, and graduated from West Valley High School in Yakima. She has a diploma of Barnard College (1983), a Masters of Arts in Literary Studies at the University of Queensland (1985), and she earned a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Harvard Law School (1997).
Wiehl was a prosecutor in the past at The US Attorney. She worked as an NPR legal reporter. All Things Considered. She was the "deputy chief investigatory attorney for Democrats on the House Judiciary Committee" during Clinton's administration. She was a law professor as a tenured professor at the University of Washington School of Law Seattle which she was the manager of the Trial Advocacy Program from 1995 to 2001. Wiehl worked as an analyst for Fox News legal analyst from 2001-2017.
