Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is an athlete who competes. After leaving gymnastics Ariel Khadr began to compete in fitness events when she was 16 years old. Then she received her Pro Card just one year later aged 17. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete model and sponsored athlete. Ariel Khadr began her fitness career when she was 16, and she stopped her gymnastics. Within just one year after that, she managed to get her Pro Card at the age of 17. She became the youngest IFBB Pro ever. Once she received her Professional Card, Ariel left for six years from on the field to finish her undergraduate studies. After finishing her college studies, Ariel returned in the year 2015. She continued where she was in prior events, such as the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. She competed for many more seasons, setting new goals each year. At the close of 2009, she was awarded four additional health titles. In 2009, she was named the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She became the young IFBB Fitness Pro ever (at age 17). Ariel took six years off from competing after obtaining her pro license to complete her undergraduate education. Her return came in October of 2015 when she competed in her first IFBB Fitness Pro debut in the Phoenix Europa Games. Her finish was 3rd in the competition. The summer of 2016 she was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and in the process, qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. After three months, she took to the stage at the Olympia and placed 6th in the Fitness Division. Ariel was thrilled to have placed 6th in the Fitness division despite her lack of expectations. Ariel was competing against many of the best athletes. Ariel keeps impressing with new improvements to her physique year after year. Ariel is a fan of working her back. The typical back workout for Ariel consists of lat pulldowns with a single arm and pullups using a machine, in addition to bent-over row. She warms up before moving into her workouts. Ariel also likes to make the most out of her time. She does this by super creating all of her back exercises, and doing 3 or 4 supersets of 10-12 reps. The routine she follows is similar routine two times per week. The first day is lighter weight and another day that is heavy.
